Joker could be Hugh Laurie, from House as others have said.

I could see him doing something great with the role.

I hope he will bring his painkillers with him.

Or Hugo Weaving, as others have also mentioned.

He'd be a good Joker.

And I'd love to see Liev Schreiber as Dent and either Paul Bettany, Crispin Glover or Lachy Hulme would be good for Joker.

I don't know what the big deal about Crispin Glover is, how has he proved himself to be worthy of the role?

I'm stuck on ideas as to who would actually fit the role anyway, Jim Carrey would just overdo it.

Well Carrey did do good as The Mask and well as the Joker would it work?

Adrian Brody is the best joker! has the big nose. big ass wierd twisted smile. He can play the role of someone crazy (SOS, The Village). Hes the joker!

And two face should be the Mathew McConaughey. Hes a great actor capable of many roles.

Brody and McConaughey are both heart throb, brilliant actors who look the part.

Adrian Brody is Joker im telling you! Put some white makeup and red lips and green hair. He looks liek the Joker. And Mathew MsConaughey is the guy from how to lose a guy in 10 days and "Two for the Money"(some irony there). He should be two face. Harvey dent is a ripped, good looking detective til he gets messed up in the acid. The same acid the joker ... aka red hood jumps in to escape batman. Im sure thats how itll play out in the movie.
