Luke said in Jedi Academy that Marka Ragnos was above him, but was Naga Sadow?

Luke never said Marka was above him in jedi knight, he said his power was unkown. Before he said "It will require all of us to stop him" he said, "his power is unknown, and since there are so few of us....". So Luke really didn't know, and they were still very few jedi. I belive Luke wins this....
