My attitude should have no bearing on anything so long as I'm not breaking any rules, which I didn't. There are many people here who love my attitude, so is my fate to be decided based on the fact that certain mods don't have a liking to the way I conduct myself? Funny, because I see worse here every day, and I know they do too, which is why this is so hilarious. Backfire (Who I'm friends with) is allowed to explicitly say that he wishes to indulge in various sexual acts with girls and boys of all ages, miraculously certain mods do not find this offensive enough to say anything.

However, when PVS uses mild and liberal use of the word "shit" to counter a certain mod's debate, it becomes offensive. Despite said mod having factually seen and used worse phrasing.

I didn't rebel against anybody, I made a point, as Bardock did after me, that a mod was abusing her powers and being outrageously hypocritical. The very fact that said mod puts up the false peacekeeping offer of "PM me if you have an issue" is also frustrating. The mod that banned me constantly ignores me in any debate, regardless of whether I talk with a barbed tongue or with a silky one, and when I did previously attempt to resolve the apparant personal issue she has with me via PMs, she replied with "I don't care. PM me again and I'll report you for harassment.". It's hard for me or anybody to avoid "provoking" her, especially when she's provoked by you countering her points in a way that makes her look silly.

I have the second longest serving global mod actually agreeing with me, when he previously did not, because this whole situation has served nothing but to prove that the mods, confirm or deny it, apply the rules with bias when they feel like it, and then have the nerve to say I'm the one who's paranoid and they are just doing their jobs.

You believe they're always right because they are mods, and they use the forum's general view of me as a means to make you all believe my banning was justified, and once again I have people backing me up on that, so it's not just me. People like you are the reason they're continually getting their wrong actions overlooked.

And in my observation, the people who normallyhave issues with those that enforce rules are the ones who break them.

I've had my own issues with the mods in the past and I went to Raz over it and it got resolved. But I never showed disrespect and I never got banned.

And in the months I've been here I've seen how the mods act, they give many, many warnings before banning someone. In fact I once complained they weren't being strict enough with someone.

My beliefs and evidence do no require you to land on my side, I have people far more important and seemingly intelligent than you agreeing with me. I have people who dislike me, agreeing with me, and from what I've seen, it's only people who have come out of an encounter with me on the losing side that have happiness regarding it.

Respect is earned, not given by default. The mods play a lot of the weaker minded members like arcade machines, it's sad. I'm not here saying they NEVER do their job right, that they NEVER help, I'm saying they're biased and they lie a lot, because they are and they do. Why do you think there's a rule that says one mod can't criticise another mod's decisions in public? Because they don't want anybody thinking that people like me might actually be right on calling bs over a lot of what they do.

You automatically accept that they did the right thing because you respect authority by default and dislike my attitude, it works out perfect for them.

I just see given your aittude and how you react and comment in a debate why they would feel the need to ban you.

Precisely. They ban me because they don't like how I am, and they literally wait for any good reason to ban me, with the mod who banned me being the perfect catalyst. Why? Because she doesn't like me, and therefore says I offend her all the time, so that means "OH NO! AC OFFENDED A MOD! HE DESERVES A BAN!", and they do it.

Not accroding to your logic. And as the admin and mods they have the right to do that. They didn't ask you to make an account and come on the forums, you did that yourself knowing you had to go by their rules.

And like I said going by your attitude, they prolly wouldn't have to look far for a reason to ban you. And even if they were as you claimed waiting for one, they never made you provide one, you did that on your own.

No, I came on here knowing the KMC forum rules. Many of which are overlooked and broken every single day by everyone including the mods. What isn't cool is them choosing how, when and on whom to bring down the ban stick.

They shouldn't be looking for a reason to ban me anyway, and in the last instance, I didn't actually give them one, which is why so many people have called it bs. Even those who dislike me.

Yes but the mods and Raz get to decide those rules and change them as they see fit. KMC is not a democracy.

And if you constantly act the way you have these last few pages I can understand why they would be looking for one, which I don't even think they were.

You seem cocky and immature. Rebelling against authority because you probably don't like that they have that authority over you.
