im saying that hypothetically if you did say that all the DC fanbase is idiotic, and someone took it as a personal insult, then they would need to get a life, a job, laid, sunlight, etc.

then again i think foolish people allow themselves to be appraised by strangers based on what they read or the sigs they choose to display.

i often have more contempt for them than for those who gave the insulting or damning appraisal. what a backward sense of priority it would take to feel personally insulted/hurt over something so superficial.

You couldn't insult me on a personal level because you don't know me, the same with them.

If someone got upset because you said "DC fans are idiotic.", they would need to, as Schecter said, acquire some sunlight. It IS a generalisation, a wrong one, cos they're not all bad, but it's not something anybody should take as more than that.
