I seriously cannot stand having a "boss". It is why I chose the path of a musician, even though it drives me insane and the money is beyond unreliable. Still, it's a small price to pay to not have someone ordering you around. I was born to be a leader not a follower.

I don't mind having a boss, unless they're unfair and douchy. I don't mind if they're there to hold everything together, and tell me what to get done.

Finding a boss that takes care of his employees like family and listens to what they're saying is becoming a rarity.

I'm a firm believer in expressing my thoughts to the head of any establishment that governs a workplace. I never get intimidated, if more employess did this then bosses would have something to fear.

I would suppose so. Pardon if this comes off as arrogant but I wouldn't know anything about the gentlemen part since I was raised to be one and it reflects in my choice of friends as all of them are gentlemans also to their lovely ladies.

My boss is great, we are like one big happy family, that chick is the weak link.
