Obviously, but if enough people actually "make a stand" then things may change. Debbie got banned for a day after enough fuss was made over her being an idiot, fact. I'm fairly sure that would not have happened without people drawing attention to it.

Now we have mods threatening people that their "days are numbered", like they're under some sort of delusion that they're a mafia.

Shouldn't really matter, the way it was done was unprofessional and not at all delicately dealt with. Just give a warning, there's no need to word it like a "sleep with the fishes"-style death threat.
