DVD burning error: Power Callibration Error???

Everytime i try to burn a disc with every software i always get this error. Can someone tell me what it is and how to fix it please

According to Google, it's caused by inferior disks, out of date firmware, or the lens being unclean.

Probably best to clean it 😖
