well, MK-Delta was child abuse, and operation paperclip happened, it was exposed when they caught klaus barbie and when holocaust victims remembered Wehrner Von Braun at forced labor camps. After the incident they dropped the entire idea though because people knew about it after it was exposed! You cant tell me it's still being used because the conclusion would quickly be drawn as to what had really happened by the public.
