Yep, they beat up the power rangers in space, and then teamed up with em to defeat the badguy...and ended the episode flying around on their space surfboards.

The only real threat would be the seismic slam, its really hard to say though. SS has the strength, but the Turtles have been against waaay too much stuff during their time as well.
