well that's exactly an excuse for it, according to the law you're not liable for the actions you take while being drunk or drugged...it's a whole different story then, legally and emotionally...

Its not only the video, because he's been saying this crap for ages. Instead of trying to get along with people, he bashed them for not agreeing with him, and then for not liking him....

from what i understood it all started with a video he made where he was lipsynching to a song...that's where the provocations started...but admittingly i don't know the whole story..i joined the band wagon when the 2nd video came out..but by only judgeing this thread...i couldn't have been any worse than this..

From the reactions Ive seen, mose people didnt kow about that video until after the second one was posted.

well i suppose your guess is just as good as mine then, i can't really tell how the whole thing set off but one thing i'm sure of is that there's an equal amount of responsibility on both sides which had led to this situation..

That's true, however, according to law as well, he, a fourteen-year-old is unallowed to be drunk or durgged.

A little courtesy from Kai would have avoided this from the start

I don't really regard this as a situation. I regard it as a joke. This is potentially the funniest thing I've seen ever.

he was looking for a way back on KMC because despite what people said he did make friends here. i doubt he'll be around now though, i reckon he'll take RogerRamJet's advice and find a new forum to post in.

the thing Vinny missed here was ending this on his terms..you see he has quite a few friends here..and if he had just ignored the kid, and saying _whatever_ it would've sent a signal to all the others and they would have asked themselves _hey, if he doesn't give a shit, why should i?_

People can think from themselves, and not everyone who was against Kai is friends with Vinny.
