But I think Seph would beat Magus rather convincingly.

I dunno.. it seemed as though seph used no magic whatsoever in AC.... so if that meant magus couldnt use magic, then seph would probably beat him...

but if magus could use magic, I think he'd dish out some pain... as he's not exactly known for his scythe skills

Magus was a beast with Magic. The God of Magic, Spekkio, couldn't teach him anything.

What do u think is the most powerful? Luminaire (CRONO), or Darkmatter (MAGUS)

usually the hero's magic is stronger in RPGs so they can defeat the baddy... but doesnt all the magic (and even melee hits) max out at 9999 when you get all the stars and the rainbow gear anyway?

I think you have to ne at level 99 and have rainbow gear, ecause I've never gotten a 9999 hit. P.S. Has anyone ever got all the endings for Chrono Trigger?

when you max out a stat in Chrono Trigger, it just shows a star instead... and Sephiroth would beat the living crap out of Magus; Sephiroth has powerful magic as well, but also has more weaponry skill than Magus

I think it took magic for Sephiroth to make those dark clouds form above head and bring down those small tornado things.
