Zatanna Vs Scarlett Witch

Not a fight.

Which one has access to more power?
Which one is more powerful, as a whole?? Skills and power factor in here.

Which one would you most want to stay sane in your town??

scarlet witch is good infact real good - depowered 98%
of the mutant population

but zatanna helped to convert the universes speed - or maybe the planets speed - into the flash

still i think it goes to carlet
