Sawyer's Apple

Just B4 Sawyer and Anna-Lucia did the wild thing, Sawyer was eating a fresh green apple. Now where did he get that from?

I've not seen any apple trees on the island and I don't thing the Dharma food drop included any fresh fruit.

Doesn't this mean they're all really in Hurley's psycho ward?
