The only duck that I've had has been there and it was some of the best food I've ever had, it tasted like the juiciest steak I've ever had.

the only duck Ive had, my ex cooked... even though it was store bought... it tasted to gamey...almost bitter.

It is tuff to cook game animals, I've only known a few people that could give it the proper flavor and texture.

I dont think he is one of them... he has cooked it a bit but still seems to always taste funny.

I stick with chicken and sometimes turkey.
