Resident Evil: Doom Station (Story Reloaded)

Jake was typing on the computer, searching through the sewer systems. "Hmm... they might have a hell of alot of trouble... not only are there major gas leaks, but the heat sensors show atleast thirty of those... things walking around down there. They also have another problem, one that may take me a few minutes to fix... the sewer has gone to a lock down mode, so all the passages have been sealed off. I'll see what i can do, and Ada, don't let them stop for anything, there seems to be a data interfearence down there, i can't lock on it, but its moving fast."

"Okay, they can make it to the first passage now. I'm not opening anymore until they're down there and ready...." Jake said, a slight look of worry on his face "Whatever is causing the data interfearence cant be one of those monsters... can it? It would have to be mechanical.... hmm.... Give me a minute while I Get into the camera system."

"Well do we really have any other choice?" Rae asked as she studied the map.

"No, and if I had a choice I wouldn't waste it on a broke-dicked dog." Travis said as he looked around at the group. "Hey, Alex thanks for volunteering." Travis said before his radio came alive in a burst of static. "Travis, come in. Travis this is Rory, can you hear me?" - Ada said. "Rory, or Ada! You know if I see you again the demons from Hell won't be able to stop me from pulling your heart out, and watch as it slowly stops beating."

Jason jerked the radio from Ada's hands "Hey listen, buddy, we can do this in two ways. One is, you shut the hell up and listen to us and you guys live, two, i unlock all security doors and lock you in the sewers, and just as an FYI, you can't use any weapons down there, and there a bunch of those monsters down there, your damned choice, got it?!" jason said and held the radio, listening for Travis.

- "Nicely done" - Ada said to Jake with a grin and waited for Travis to talk.

Jake chuckled a bit "My bet is, he's not going to shut up. He's gonna be a duck to the end." he said as he typed a bit, "He's lucky, but if he talks that way yo you again, i'm locking them all in, he will be the cause of the death of every person with him."

Ada smiled for the first time in a long time and stood there a while examining the tram.

- "I hope they get here soon if Travis can put his damn ego aside. We're going out on a limb here, we might die just to get them to leave alive. Ironic isn't it? We were supposed to be cold blooded killers and yet...here we are doing good" - Ada said and looked at Jake still smiling and then looked at the tram examining the batteries to make sure the power wouldn't go down on them mid way.

Jake chuckled "Yeah, ironic. But i can assure you we aren't going to die. Though, our clock is ticking." he said and returned her smile "Why do you look so happy?" he asked with slight confusion. He is use to a totally serious soldier as his ally, never seeing her happy, it's kinda funny to see it now.

- "Nothing, it's just we won't be able to smile in awhile, just wanted to see how you looked with a smile on your face. Anyway I just hope you're right" - Ada said and looked at the radio - "What is taking Travis so damn long?"

Jake chuckled "He's probebly saying things about me or you . If he is, i'm locking him in......." Jake picked up the radio "You have five minutes to answer, Travis, im im opening all the locks.." Jake said "I only have this stuff protected for.. two hours and fourty-three minutes."

Travis heard Jake's threats and was about to go off on the pencil-necked geek, but decided to check himself. If he didn't watch his temper he become a danger to the group of soldiers. " Jake I suggest that you put Ada back on. But keep in mind that once we are out of here then we'll finish this problem between us. However, we both are responsible for lives other than our own. Now unless you just contacted me to gloat I suggest you get back to the point." Travis said as he looked at Rae. She seemed amused at Travis' obvious discomfort.

Jake sighed "Well, First off, you guys are in the sewers by now right?" he started "If so, you will see a flashing red light indicating a gas leak, so you're stuck with CQC. Now, i unlocked the first lockdown security door in the sewers. I can't open the next one until you guys are ready. in the next room, i have seen a monster with a long tongue, and three demons. So tell us when your ready." Jake said and held out the radio to Ada.

"Yeah, well first off we are still in HQ, so thanks for that heads up." Travis said as he looked at his group. "Hope you all have good knife training." He said as he unsheathed his large knife.
