A perfect list, below Skyfather level (Living Tribunal potentially well below it, judging by how Chaos and Order beat him because of the anarchy of the broken hierarchy.. It was clear cosmic power levels no longer matter, and anyone can sieze a position. No one said that only applies to abstracts, either, who's to say Captain America can't defeat them and take their positions? If Chaos and Order can kill LT, ANYTHING is possible.
