Case and point; I'm from England and I thought the worst part of London was East London, Hackney being the worst area by far. Poor performing schools, underfunded transport system, appaling pollution record, rife with crime, burglary figures almost 3 times the national average, robbery levels 8 times higher, there's even a street known locally as 'Murder Mile'.
I'm getting my info from other sources, these aren't facts I'm already aware of, but I had heard Hackney was terrible and in researching only a little I seem to have been proved right 😕
Also, the 10 worst areas for unemployment in Britain are;
Hackney
Newham
Dundee City
Haringey
Middlesbrough
Southwark
South Tyneside
Tower Hamlets
Liverpool
Newcastle upon Tyne
Hackney comes out on top with 16.4 percent (14,000). Wow.
