me too! but now its decision time. Frank Gore and Steve Smith are both going on the bye at the same time. Giant hole in my lineup. My opponent is likely to start Brett Favre at QB. I am thinking of inserting BOTH Coles and Cotchery into my lineup to offset anything Brett does. Problem is, giving up two skill positions, simply to offset one position feels a little bit like overkill. The only other options i would have to start at WR would be Marvin Harrison or Chad Ocho Cinco though... whattya think?
well, based on stats, it WOULD be the two jets recievers, but seems like a lot of eggs in one basket. How many times do 2 recievers have big games on the same team? pretty rarely. But my marving theory keeps failing week after week, and there is a guy named fitzpatrick throwing the ball in cincy.... i might be checking the waiver wire this week.
2 receivers do well pretty often. The jets offense isnt exactly mind blowing and I would rather not have both guys. But if I did and they were the best I had I wouldnt sit them jsut because they are on the same team. I would work on trading 1 of them, but as long as I have them and as long as they are my best I would start them.
If it wasn't official before, I've wrapped up a playoff berth in KMC's league, and likely the top seed. I think I have a 2-game cushion on the field after this week and the points lead.
Have fun clambering for the chance to get beat down by me in the playoffs.
😛
Marshawn Lynch is on the trading block, btw. I drank the kool-aid on him early on. He's been consistent, but my opinion of him has soured. Will consider only reasonable trades, since he's a legit 20+ carry-a-week back.
