If they can find a way to fuse his jobber aura with Batmans, Supes, Wovies and Caps, he wins. No other way.

Not to forget that is speed agility spider-sense healing factor are genetically improved and with hulks gamma radiated healing factor he would be tough to stop they may even to boost his intelligence to Superhuman levels they could give him flying ability and teleporting ability force fields and concussive powers clocking devices and energy absorbing abilities

Well if Spider-Man has the Hulk's powers with his own enhanced abilities, plus psionic abilites, flight, even more strength and energy projection coupled with the fact the Thanos and Darkseid probably won't work well together I think its possible for Spider-man to get a win

Combining that with a free sample of Doctor Banners gamma irradiated blood, fused with his wn and some leftovers of Gambits (New Son) Sinister administers it to Parker. This powerful concoction merges all the way down to Spidermans molecular level boosting his strength durability and endurance a hundredfold, his brain hemmorages and seizures as latent telepathic and telekinetic powers sear thru his skull and Parker passes out in pain.

After awakening Peter has the greatest telepathic and telekinitic mind n the omniverse....is able to control kinetic energy courtesy of Gambit...virtually indestructible and limitless strength even more powerful than the Hulk since he and Banner were able to create a pure strand of his DNA as well as vast reality manipulating powers courtesy FR. He is also immortal, able to change his own genetic makeup coutesy Sinister.

Along with all the powers of the four horseman and Celestial armor, combined with the ability to increase his mass and energy manipulation
