This Hulk is bannerless, Mindless Hulk or Savage.
Hulk is just pure tank, there is just no way he could defeat opponent who can manipulate subatomic particles/molecules. Ie. GL, Sersi, Quazar, Thor (written to full capacity).
DD beats Hulk easy, check DD respect thread ( this guy is a walking Plot device Ie. his got all of Hulks powers + more x quazillion)

Actually, that Hulk is Bannerless Prof. Hulk. He talks like a normal human, so he can't be Mindless or Savage. Also, his health was detoriating at that time.
Eh right, but who said anything about those characters? This is about Doomsday. The Hulk can easily match Doomsday in strength, but his speed is the problem. A big problem. However, I'm far, far from convinced that Doomsday can kill the Hulk.
Edit: Oh I see. Well, I wasn't responding to your SS comment. Ofcourse, Surfer would win in a second, if he used his powers.
