Who has he beat that are Black Adam speed? Not to mention that realistically Black Adam would be hitting him with 100 magically charged punches a second, multiple Shazam blasts etc. No way Hulk wins. Sorry... 😬

The Hulk would be steam rolled. He has never effectively fought someone who was using a speed advantage. As batdude said, Thor was walking like a mortal, despite his ability to fight at lightspeed. The Silver Surfer was standing there talking, while the hulk hit him. Gladiator decided not to use his super speed on the Hulk for the same reason many Flash comics won't have him utilize HIS speed all out. Similar to why Superman hardly ever uses his combat speed.
