Surprisingly, it doesn't hurt.

So I was working the deep-fryer and Mcdonalds, and I forgot to shake out the oil before I unloaded the nuggets, then BOOM! SPLASH! PSSHHTTT! BURN'D!

I've seen worse.

Thats a really non-severe burn.

Which is why it doesn't hurt. It just looks funny because it's a long strip of arm.
