Physical appearance: Jason is average height, but his build is startling for a eight year old. His shoulders are a bit broader than most anyone his age, and his arms are larger. His chest is starting to already become built, and his legs are extremely strong. His eyes are dark brown. His hair is black, and cut short. He carries Canadian features.
Personality/History: Jason’s personality is very stereotypical, at least on the surface. However for those few who get to know him, Jason is a very deep person. His personality is crafted by is startling physical and mental ability, as well as his slight psychic connection as a result of the slight evolution. He is very hard to get to know. He can be cold, and distant, but he’s always helpful when people need him. Because his father was an ODST and one of the trainers of the Spartan I’s and II’s he was also directly affected by the war. He’s seen, and survived encounters with the Covenant, and the effects of that have had lift long lasting effects on him. He understands things to a high degree; it’s unbelievable what he can comprehend. He knows what a Spartan is. He knows what he will become, and understands his role in the picture of mankinds future. He will become a Spartan willingly, but he will keep hold of his personality with the last vestige of his willpower. He speaks like a man who’s much older than he, he dosen’t act like a child. His father was an ODST, and Jason knew and understood that. Jason wanted to become a Marine, so he’s been training himself, and was being trained by people at Arctanus’ facility since he was a few months past five.
Born on Arctanus Prime, a very heavy gravity farmer’s world, Jason grew up in a harsh environment. People on Arctanus are much stronger than average human beings as the planets gravity is nearly 50% higher, add on to that the fact that it is underdeveloped and many things are done by hand. As another plus, Jason is genetically superior in physical ability than others, and has already had conditioning and training since he was three.
When he was three PsyCore, (PsyCore will be explained later) took notice of his small psychic ability, however minute it was. Since PsyCore is military, and his father was ODST, he was given drugs and other small conditioning since that age to increase his physical and mental ability.
Jason did very well in school, passing everything with ease. He had the mathematical skills and reading ability of a student in high school. However eventually PsyCore, without telling his father, came to take Jason for their NANO-Spartan project. Jason’s father was away from home when they came. Jason himself, already slightly training in combat, knocked one of the soldiers unconscious with a broomstick. He had the advantage of being used to High-G, but they quickly overpowered him. However he stopped resisting once he realized what they were there for.
PsyCore decided to use Jason. Despite his old age he would be part of the S-III program, but he would be slightly apart from the others as PsyCore would have direct connections with him in the facilities. PsyCore, with it’s power and reputation, convinced ONI to take the young child under their wing, and create from him one of the most lethal soldiers ever made.
Unique abilities: The ability to understand and analyse things with a degree of someone easily twenty years of age. A slight psychic connection to things around him or things concerning him or people he knows. The natural ability to learn things at an incredible pace with amazing accuracy and efficiency and a stronger physical ability from his life style and living on a High-G world.
OK, This may be confusing, if you have any questions ask me PLEASE. Dont go on without knowing the character. Now, I dont god-mod though the character may seem like it. I play fair. As anyone who's RPed with me recently.

The Lieutenant glanced at Mendez, who was staring intently at the newly arrived child. He turned his eyes to the Corporal, and the PsyCore agent in front of him. "OK, we'll see what your kid can do." he pulled out two weapons, his side arm, and an Assault Rifle. "This is a M6D "Defender" Pistol. It's a high power, recoil-operated handgun, fed with magazines, each clip holding twelce rounds. It's sometimes issued with a scope capable and only capable of two times magnefication. It fires 12.7mm semi-armour piercing, high explosive rounds. It is capable of automatic fire, but is generaly a semi-automatic weapon, and geared for that use. The weapon is very accurate, and can be more lethal than this Assault Rifle in the hands of a marksman."
Jason looked the Lieutenant in the eyes as he spoke. When he'd finished, the kid simply nodded coldy, and his eyes analyzed the weapon. "My-"
"I didn't give you permission to speak kid." The Lieutenant growled.
Jason stopped, but not quickly, and he didn't finish. Instead his eyes, cold and deadly, locked back with the Lieutenants.
The Lieutenant nodded, and then displayed the rifle. "This is a-"
"It's a MA5B standard issue Assault Rifle." Jason said, cutting the man off. "It's a gas operated, and magazine fed weapon. Routinely, it fires 7.62 mm armour piercing rounds, however these can be replaced by shredder, semi-explosive, or standard rounds. It can fire nearly fifteen rounds per second at it's best, however it varies. Rate of fire also depends on the wielders ability to hold the automatic rifle steady, and how quickle he, or she, can reload. While it's stopping power relies on it's incredible fire rate, it's generaly more effective when utilized with small and more importantly controlled bursts. The MA5B is an advanced weapon not in it's stopping capability but in the computer housed within it. The computer, it's screen placed to effectively display to the user, displays the amount of ammo left in the current clip. It can also show the relative direction of an appointed position, target, or otherwise. This feature is why the scaled down version is useful in infiltration, it keeps the soldier oriented."
The Lieutenant cocked an eyebrow at the child. "I take my comments back. He's good to go."

Hm..yeah. Though hes not differant from me, so technicly you'd already be in "the crowd". Since every TOm, Dick, and harry in this damn RP have SOME sort of military expieriance or no how to shoot a gun.
I think I'm the ONLY person whose character's never even SEEN a real gun before...
