Of course there is. Throughout the whole rp there are atleast like 50 spartans together at all times. You can join any time and say that you've been tagging along all the while. But right now might not be the best time to join. In a bit all the Spartans are going back to their base for a little biogenetic surgery. That would be a really easy place for you to jump right in.

He volunteered to fix it, he did and the ship boosted up fifty times what it was going before and they were back on Reach within the next few hours.
