theres no god-krauser to fight off the god-rugal... so I think he loses match 3 indefinately
match 2 is iffy
match 1 belongs to krauser, cuz I think leg tomahawk (which is both good anti air, and a good jump over reppukens) and blitzballs (to keep rugal busy using his reflect often) will keep rugal at bay until krauser feels like doing a kaiser wave.. which I'm guessing isnt reflectable, and is also bigger than the one rugal does

Scenarios 2 and 3 are with the two different versions of Omega (98 and 2002 respectively), I see them as different versions of the same character since the 98 version uses different special moves (that Vanishing rush, and that strange electro field for starters)
And I'll agree with you about scenario 1, although I think Rugs has a few more offensive opptions at his disposal, the reflector should work well on the Blitzballs, forcing Krauser to either block or jump, in which case the Genocide Cutter should open Krauser wide open. And then there's the God presses.
