Well, seeing as how T'Challa's a king (one that Doom highly respests), and as close as anyone comes to Doom's league next to Reed, I'd say he'd go with Slade. T'Challs has a country to worry about, and Doom would know he'd never be as loyal as Slade. As long as Deathstroke gets paid, he's happy.
