Daredevil vs. Multiple man

MM's just a human that can make copies. at least he isn't another iceman or phoenix. MM ftw.

Multiple Man wins if DD brawls/fights with him. Each hit would create a dupe and overwhelm DD with time. Secondly, DD wouldnt be able to sense the real Madrox because they are alike in every way shape or form. Only difference may be personality.

Say if MM makes anywhere from 5-15 dupes, DD can take this fight via nerve hits. Jamie doesnt have the MA prowess Matt has.

Can you tell us how far apart they are so, we know if MM can make a copy or two before DD gets to him, or doesnt he have enough time, and where is this battle set.
