now that is a good reasion for him to win but terry can still fly(not really sure how it helps but it could do some good).
as for his skill he fought the suit itself and it of course had all of its abiltys and such. terry took night wings mask and an old school batarang.
i also dont really think he'es just gonna stand their while he gets stuff thrown at him.
also on a side note im not sure if their goona do re-prints now the writers did say it was a mistake on their part but i think they may wait to fix it leater on
By the way, his suit is built by Bruce Wayne himself, in his old age, in an attempt to still be able to be batman, (since he is too old and frail to do it without the suit). I dont think he ever uses the suit because he meets terry shortly after making it. If the suit is made by batman, its pretty killer...and you gotta remember this is way in the future, so this thing is pretty high tech. I'll admit night wing is a better fighter, but Terry takes this one for sure, this suit he has, and his skills, puts him on par with Bruce Wayne when he was batman in his prime.
Anywho, this goes to Terry, with relative ease.
Take away both of their weapons, make it a hand to hand fight, and Nightwing scores wins.
Take away Terry's tech advantage, and give him some of the 'old school' batarangs and grapple guns, and Nightwing scores some wins.
As it is now? Terry is too fast, too strong, and too Teched-up for Nighwing to match him.

Actually in the series for BMB, the suit was actually built I believe 40 years before Terry aquires it but because it's so technologically advanced it's still 1 step ahead of the majority of the tech they have in the future. Wikipedia also has this info, but yea I don't see Nightwing winning this, especially if it's the mature adult experienced Terry.
