Deadpool would win even iff puck was in it, I mean deadpools healing ability is just of the scale, you say what can they do to puck well I'll ask you what could puck do to Deadpool?

Same thing Wolverine and various others do...knock him out. His healing factor doesn't prevent him from being KO'ed and I assume this is just one battle, so his immortality won't come into effect.

Puck is bulletproof and puncture proof, so Deadpool guns and swords are useless. Also with his metahuman durability even physical attacks are nothing to him.
