Anything that happens because of genetics, unless it is something like having 3 of the same gene (because humans normally have 2) is scientifically natural.
If you want to go by the "if it's genetic and different" then anyone who doesn't have brown hair, blond hair, brown eyes, or blue eyes, has something wrong with their genes because those are what genetics mostly codes for when it comes to those traits.
