Raistlin, i think that was his name. the book name i am not sure about. it was when they were kids and he gained his red robes at the end.

anyway i read it five years ago from a library (like six time, seriously thats why i remember it) but i didn't find any more and had no money to but one, which is a shame cos it was really cool.
