Nothing "Hurts" him any more than anything else. Darkness could have beaten Supes with Green K but Hulk has no such weakness.
What can he make that will be able to do enough damage to him in a short enough amount of time to get past his durability and overload his healing factor enough to KO him?
OT: When did I say nothing could hurt Hulk? I'm getting rather tired of that. Just like saying any one situation is PIS results in "So everytime Hulk loses it's PIS?"

I like the Darkness, but judging from the fight between him and Superman, I would say Hulk would ultimately prove to be stronger. Not that he would necessarily be able to defeat Jackie, as Jackie should be able to use any of a thousand means to either evade the Hulk, or keep him so busy that he never even touch Jackie, but on the other hand, if Hulk actuelly does manage to land a punch...
Therefore I would say that Jackie can't win the fight, but that the Hulk can, if Jackie can't stay out of his way.
If Jackie uses his head, though, it shouldn't be a problem for him to stay out of Hulk's reach, in which case it will probably end in a stand-off.
But I would give Hulk a slight edge, just because I can't really think of a way Jackie can permanently disable, subdue or contain the Hulk.
How well does he have to know something before he can make it? What I mean is, if he wants to make Kryptonite, for instance, does he have to have a degree in Chemistry, or is it enough if somebdoy explains to him, or must he hold a piece in his hands first to feel it, or... ?
Sorry for the questions, but I don't know enough about him, I only have a couple of comics, even though he is one of my favourite characters.
Ok, so technically he would be able to make Kryptonite then if you show him an example? Which suggests that Superman's next fight against him will be much harder...
I still can't really think of anything he could do to the Hulk, though. Like I said, I think with his powers he would be able to stay out of the Hulk's way, so the Hulk won't be able to touch him, but on the other hand, I also don't think he will be able to stop the Hulk, or even hold him for long.
He might be able to slow him down a lot, though...
