Master vs. Kang

The two "Master of Time"s go head to head, who prevails? Even Kang knew if he wanted to take over the Earth during the "Dynasty Arc" (Avengers #49) he had to fight the Master....

â€œmy studies indicated that the so-called Master of the World would never deign to ally himself with the Avengersâ€”and that he could repel them easily if they tried to take his technology. He should not have been a factor till much later.â€

He wasn't all that worried about him.... all he said was that he was surprised that the Master's tech appeared so soon

From the handbook Master actually has better stats, stronger and smarter than him.

His technology was the one that repelled Kang, he definetly was worried.

No he hasn't appeared since, but writer ignored the fact he can fly and has a shield rendering Warbird's attack useless

All-New Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe A to Z #07-Very decent bio, except they forgot to mention he has a personal shield, can fly, can project energy blasts, etc. He also isn't peak human, but enhanced human but still a decent bio. Last paragraph had a few errors the reason why he wanted Kang to attack the rest of the world was so he could decrease the population of the Earth as he felt there were to many. The Master
Avengers #45-46 [Part 1/3]-The world is being attacked by Kang and his army from the future. The whole European continent is falling, and there is about to be a attack on North America. So who will step up and save the world against impossible odds? Alpha Flight? nope, X-Men? nope, Avengers? nope....The Master?...wait what?

Feats shown:
-Master makes a wall around key cities, half a mile high and a quarter of a mile thick
-Master's weapons are the only thing on this planet that have been able to damage Kang's weapons.
-Master makes a Plodex army, that are insanly fast.
-Master captures major leaders of the world.
-Master admits he had been crucial in how the world is being run
-Master army takes it to the Avengers
-Master blows up part of his base, just cause he can

Both,Master shouldn't even touch the guy.If Kang gets in trouble the guy would just go back to the future and come back when Master's in the bathroom or something....leftright

What? even in the Dynasty arc it clearly showed he can, and the handbooks show he has the better stats as well. Little hard to use your time machine to track someone in the bathroom now isn't it?

srug It's kind of hard debating against someone I have no clue about besides his H2H abilities.

Well better I suppose, as he is smarter and his main technology is Plodex technology a race the Collector said to be the most vicious and deadliest race in the galaxy. It also took the combined efforts of Iron Man, Black Knight, Yellowjacket, Stingray just to figure out a fraction of it's abilities. His base covers the entire Northern hemisphere, and his technology was invisible to Kang's sensors so that's why he couldn't just track him.
