As you can see, only a few moves differentiate the two characters, but, which version is better of an old classic boss character? the 98 revision? or the 2002 revision?

I'm digging the '02 version, however I like the look of '98.

Yeah, I like '98's color scheme, it's much like the original 95 verson of Omega Rugal.

As for the moves, I do like 2002's attacks, and the redone Dark genocide Cutter's very effective, but I think I like the Vanishing Rush over the B's Destruction, despite the latter's juggling capablity

I'm just more used to the moveset of the 02 version. Rugal in the right hands was devastating.

vanishing rush's priority makes it the bomb move to spam
