yes after punisher gets killed and comes back as a ghost then he pawns him.

although jason has already killed him so the win gose to jason onn this one.

i think it was in two he did this (but im not sure). his body was beyond repair then one of the doc's working on him ate his heart then he took over his body. then he just transfered to diffrent bodys though out the movie.
