Hulk: Hulk is the strongest one there is.
Shaggy Man: I'm the hairiest one there is.
Hulk: *Thunderclap* Now hairy man not so hairy!
Shaggy Man: Ahhh, it's cold and I have shrinkage!😮 🙁 *Runs away in shame*

Although Shaggy Man looks lame and has one of the worst names in comics, he is far more powerful than Hulk. The Justice League could take out Hulk, they have a much harder time with Shaggy Man (who later became the General).
