OMG^^ look at the proximity between them..thats HOT I say!! HOT damn it!...If Liz had no feelings for Jack in this scene and vise versa (like so many of the audience believe) then it wouldn't look like that at all^^
Liz would have been keeping her distance and Jack would have been pissed off like in movie 1 where she burned the rum or he would have been trying to escape..but NOOOOO you don't see THAT at all do you? You see the complete OPPOSITE of what happened in movie 1. Meaning that both characters have developed feelings for each other since then..
She also wouldn't have been showing remorse over what she just did..In movie 1 she showed no remorse after tricking Jack...I think she felt as if she could do it again anf feel nothing for him like last time but you can CLEARLY see that it didnt turn out how she thought it would...

I couldnt agree with you more!!!!!!!!!! 🙂 brilliant. OBVIOUSLY its just as you say. GOSH!!!!! I just watched the "peas in a pod" scene.... its so blazing hott... and makes SOOOOO much sense. it basically explains everything in 2. Jack really does admire that Liz is willing to do whatever it takes... just like him. They both have reservations about really trusting each other, but its like they cant help it, they do anyways....
that proximity is a loud and clear banner saying "we have something here that no one else has: intimacy."

Every scene that Keira and Jack share is so much more electrically charged than scenes with her and Orlando - think about it....From that very first rescue scene (when she can't take her eyes off of him) to the beach scene - when they are fighting and playing and singing,...then in the graveyard of ships - the way they are looking at each other "Peas in a Pod"....to the end when they say goodbye....to every scene in POTC 2 - just such great scenes.....because of the chemistry between the two actors - that's just something as directors, etc. that cannot be overlooked. I think they realized that after POTC 1 and then decided to act upon it in 2 and now look at the results - some hot, sexy scenes and the best KISS in hollywood history.....

Ahh, i'm going crazy trying to figure out how in the world Disney could ever have Liz go back to her boring life with Will/ She'd have to go back to wearing those frilly dresses....I think she looks better in her pirate garb....Plus, just can't blame her if she did beg the producers to let her have a kiss with Johnny...she's not stupid..I think I would too...gosh, Johnny like the most beautiful male creature ever....in the history of the world....JOHNNY DEPP - gosh I just love the way he portrays Jack Sparrow - my favorite all-time character....
