What do you Like/Hate about getting comics on Ebay

Ebay is a cool way to get a load of back issues fast, and whole collections and everything.

But if your bidding on something, a lot of times nobody touches it until the last Minute, and every geek from Seattle to San Diego to Fargo to Mobile to Boston to Miami, goes and Gang rapes your ass to try and out bid you. And you watch it go from:

$65.54 to $175.46 in the span of 40 freaking seconds.

Its still a good resource.

Except when a company is obviuosly out bidding people for things, or when the seller himself has some buddy of theres jack up the price.

I'm rarely on it, but I've suspected them of that.

I hate that.

I also hate the way people decribe what they think the grade is.

They have pics of a VG book then think its VF-.🙄

Pricings messed up to on the buy it nows.

Sometimes you can get real good deals though.

I got every issue of Batman: Hush for like $30 because the guy selling it didn't know any better.

usually ends up being like $125 when the auction has ended

I was able to get the full run of Robocop vs Terminator. I got Alien vs Predator graphic novel. That was the first Alien vs Predator graphic novel. I get alot of comics on eBay, the most I ever had to pay was over £16 for Essential x-men issue 1 which is a really good issue.

I've gotten some great stuff off of ebay 😬

Such as Giant FF number 1 😉

Damn, I didn't know its worth that much.

I've never bought/sold comics on E-bay.... but this idea now intrigues me..... 😖hifty:

I also hate when Comic book stores are the ones out bidding you.

They blow serious cash.

You can tell when it is a comic book store cuz they have nothing but feedback from selling comic stuff
