dude, it is very close, but teh person who started athread should be arguing liek he is mac, but lets analyse thsi shall we? tehy have equal strength? TM has teh arsenal, but Collosus is abetter fighter. but we have shown the the arsenal, minus eh tractor beam, will do nothing the tractir beam MAY immobaalise him, but if TM< gets lclose enough to Collossus he can wrip that suit in two (as wlel as poor wittle Boris inside of him lol)

Who says he a better fighter? Boris was a Military Warlord. There weapons might be effective

Titanium Man in his last incarnation could achieve Escape Velocity, as he reached Stark Enterprises satellite in outerspace in a matter of seconds, minutes at last.He was able to give Iron Man major troubles, and yes, his weaponry is highly developed.
But Colossus, not only is a low/mid level Class 100, considering he has throwed down with enemies that would have ripped apart TM with ease, and has durability showings on a considerable scale, concussive blasts, electricity and missiles, are nothing Peter can't handle, and with ease.
What remains?Brute strength.Peter got it too, and on a higher level than TM.Not to mention, the stamina factor.TM power supply sooner or later, will turn off, while Peter doesn't need to eat, breath or anything else, he can keep fighting for as long as he need.

If TM starts flying around too much, I imagine Colossus picking up a soccerball-sized rock/piece of debris and chucking it at TM faster than he could avoid. That would be funny to see.

Basically what I'm trying to say is that Titanium Man, as much as you'd like him to be, does not outclass Colossus in the slightest. There's a reason why Colossus is still around and doing his thing while TM gets beaten everytime.

But I Titanium Man can fly at around mach 1 he has an advantage over Colossus If Titanium Man tractor beam can immobilize Colossus then that an advantage over Colossus. Colossus is tough but he was beat by Juggernaut with fairly easy.
