ESB-1138: The Lord of the Rings Sign-in and OoC
Angmar; the terrible kindgom in the north has launched an invasion with the three divided kingdom of Arnor (Arthedain, Rhudaur, and Cardolan).
Arthedain: The kingdom's capital was at Fornost, and Bree one of its important towns. Annúminas was in the territory of Arthedain, but mostly abandoned and falling into ruin.
Rhudaur: The name Rhudaur appears to be dialect Sindarin for "Eastern Forests", and indeed Rhudaur was the most easterly of the three kingdoms in Eriador, stretching from the Weather Hills with Weathertop (Amon Sûl) to the river Bruinen (Loudwater). It shared a long border with Cardolan along the Great East Road, and with Arthedain along the line of the Weather Hills.
Cardolan: The borders of Cardolan extended from the river Baranduin (Brandywine) to the west, the river Mitheithel (Hoarwell) to the east and the river Gwathló (Greyflood) to the east and south. Its northern border was the Great East Road, but Cardolan also claimed the Arthedain-controlled Weather Hills, which contained the fortress of Amon Sûl (Weathertop) and its valuable Palantír. For this reason the Weather Hills were claimed by all three kingdoms - Arthedain, Cardolan and Rhudaur.
Story
Arnor was once a great kingdom and ally to Gondor. Eärendur, king of Arnor had three sons and after his death the sons divided the kingdom into three to prevent civil war. All seemed calm but a dark wind came from the north and the Black Captain returned. Soon the kingdom of Angmar was formed and with it a war erupted in the northern lands. The terrible conflict with the Witch-King of Angmar exploded into a huge war. Cardolan was the first to feel his terrible swift sword.

Rules
1.) No godmoding: all nine Fellowship members couldn't take down a cave troll without a terrible conflict
2.) No character control. This is a special category of godmoding. Do not control what someone else's character does, says, or thinks. At least not without permission, preferably prior. Without such consent, this is godmoding.
3.) No member bashing
4.) Stick to the story; Out of Character discussions should never go in the RPG area
5.) No fellowship members allowed
6.) No double posts
7.) Wait for 2 people to post before you reply again. This is to allow others a chance to catch up and join in
8.) Don't ask for recaps: if you need one PM me or someone else
9.) The story is already created and everything so stick to it. This is following the actual story found in the Return of the King
10.) The Witch-King cannot be killed so if you try to fight him you will die or you will flee
11.) No magic; save that for the wizards and Nazgûl
12.) Here's an example of something I don't want to see:
Character 1: Ran down the stairs and through the hall and entered the courtyard and slew an orc that stood by the door by beheading it.
GM: An orc entered the room (one C1 just left) through the window and wielded two axes.
Character 2: He drew his sword and swung it at him.
Character 1: Runs back into the room and stabs the orc in the back
If your character leaves an area and something back there happens your character does not know about it.
Well the Lord of the Rings was approved so let's get started. First off this is part 1/3 of my story. First being the Rise of the Witch-King, second being the War in the North, and third is the Final Battle. Sign-in and let's start.
