you probably have a bruised or pulled tendon or muscle. if its swollen put some ice on it untill the swelling is gone if it doesn't go down or gets bigger go into the doctor. if it is not swollen put a hot pac on it. (a warm rag or put the hair dryer in it and above all stay off if it for a week or so.
dont stress. muscles take a while to heal.

i cant stay off of it, i have a basketball tournament tomorrow.

yeah, thanks for the advice. i think ill go see a doc before the game tomorrow, but im gonna play no matter what.
