Ok in episode 4 when ben gives luke his lightsaber...he says it was your fathers lightsaber. Right?

Well explain this

Its probably just FX but the FX anikan and the FX Luke arent the same

Luke lost Anakin's in ESB and built his own before ROTJ. Notice is from ROTJ.

but wasn't Luke's lightsaber green also...this one is like turquoise

Bad photoshop editing is responible for that.

The scew up with Luke's lightsaber was not the fault of the designers of the one for the ANH. It was fine as is. Lucas should have saw to it that Anakin's lightsaber in Episode 3 looked Identicle to the one given to Luke in ANH.

It is an example of one Lucas's mistakes with the PT.

(Anakin's EP2 lightsaber was destroyed on Geonosis>they constructed the prop by using photo's of Luke's EP4 and Vader's EP4 lightsaber, it's a crossover lightsaber.)
Anakin's EP3 lightsaber is constructed by using Luke's EP4LS-prop, it was taken from the Lucasfilm archives and remade as an exact copy.
Ofcourse they made it a bit more shiny to look brand new for EP3.

It was green in rotj

yeah what the hell

They made it green in ROTJ cause when Luke was on Tatooine his lightsabre matched with the colour of the sky so you couldn't see the blade very well and so they changed the colour to green, or lucas did anyway. Am I right?
