Jen can probably defeat Colossus, she is not as good as a fighter but she is more powerful overall, and she can jump!

I gotta give Colossus 8/10 here. She-Hulk has had a few too many 1 hit and knocked out for my taste which i hate to say. I think she went down a little easy In Secret Wars for example.

I think Colossus catching her punch may be a touch over-rated as we've seen beings like Dracula catch Colossus punch before. Dracula may have superhuman strength but he's nowhere near the same strength class as Colossus.

That was a nice showing against Abomination. I think i may be a little out of touch with the current She-Hulk.
