Umm yea, pretty sure I did not say that looking at my sig , you automatically assume all of that. But look at it and read underneath it wise one. Its spiderman turning black, evil... blah blah...

but here's how i rate it
your sig is average, its nothing special, certainly not near 9.5/10. I dont wnt to sound harsh or, uncalled for, but There's no beauty in your sig, and there's nothing that makes me say "oh, that looks really good and/or hard to make". On the other hand you can have a sig that is simply a picture or so, but there's nothing really special to be admired there. there's certainly no originality in the presentation of your sig, the placement is simply fill in the blank spots. thats why i say it reflects your sig accurately.
