yeah vulcan wouldn't care he would just let them die. I don't know how well vulcan would stand up agenst a speed blitz. So I just don't know. If he can then he would suck the energy out of supes or change the direction of a heat beem back at supes and defeat him with his own power.

We don't have any real feats for Vulcan yet. Stop using him in fights.

Though I will say this: Theoretically, an Omega mutant (who is, supposedly, beyond any other Omega the X-Men had ever seen) should be able to take out Superman.

But truly, we just don't know.
