morlun strength was never shown to be over 24 tons all you are making is speculation and marvels ahnd books even agree with this fact that morlun was no higher then 24 tons.
You also assume that durablity means strength. just becuase morlun proved to be far more durable does in no way mean he far stornger.

Wolverine has been knocked out by a mere pistol shot to the head before. (I admit it's one of his lowest showings, but still.) Morlun absorbs life force by touching people. So, if he get's a one punch in, his wounds will heal.. right?
Wolverine's healing factor will keep him in for quite a bit, but he would go down eventually.

Wolverine may have he healing factor working for him but I would say he is just a decent amount above peek human stregnth while spiderman has a significant amount of more power. Im not trying to turn this into a spidey vs. logan thread but i don't think thats a good argument for logan (no offense)
All Morlun would realy have to do was grab Wolverines arms and drain his life force, and I'd say he was fast enough because he was fast enough to grab ahold of a lampost that Spider-man was using to hit him with, which means he would have reflexes that are fast enough to counter (granted a weakened) Spider-man.
