Are you asking because your always connected? If so then yes and no.
You basically have to be careful of not catching a virus from whatever you do online and also to constantly keep eliminating spyware from your PC. For the most part spyware doesnt do much, I wouldnt be scared to buy stuff online. Then again I dont believe in online purchasing.
You can still buy stuff online fine, just be sure to have good anti-virus, anti-spyware, and firewall programs.
