omega iceman vs silver sulfer

I just read a little on bobby's full potential, how his power is really a psionic controle of energy. This being the case what chance would he have in a true death match against the silver sulfer with bobby fully accepting the potential of his abilities. This battle would take place in upstate New York.

I believe this has been done already, but Surfer stomps him.

silver surfer would find some way to beat him. Like destroying his body then absorbing iceman.

Silver Sulfer would probably defeat Iceman more times than not.

Silver Surfer takes this easily, he would probably just shut off Iceman's powers like he did to Cable.

Surfer could just smash Iceman's body would a buch of blast and then destroy all of Bobby's particles leaving no way for Bobby to come back.

Iceman IS moisture. Destroying the planet would only eject a frozen iceman into space. It might count as a BFR, but certainly not a true win.
