While I'd argue Boba > Jango, you're giving Boba too much credit. Jango versus Boba would be a long, drawn out fight more than likely. Jango can easily contend with Boba, to say that "Jango is nothing compared to him" is utter bullshit.

Granted this alone doesn't mean he's superior to Boba Fett, but there's plently of more ammunition if you want to debate about it.
As for my thoughts on the match, Jango wins this with, dare I say, relative ease. If anyone wants to argue it, feel free - there will be a conglomeration of scans, reasonings, and logical pwnage coming your way.
