Why would they make the fourth book after the second one shouldn't it be the horse and his boy

It does not make any sense. I understand why they skiped The Magicians Nephew. The Lion, The Witch, And The Wardrobe would definitely make you more money but then you skip the third book The horse and his boy. Thats just stupid.

We wouldn't see that poster until next year. One year is one thing, but no company starts advertising for a film TWO years away. It's a fake.

I am wondering how this movie will turn out since we have all at some time seen The Lion, The Witch, & The Wardrobe. I want to find out what happens with the four Pevensie children, don't you?

Usually Teaser hold more of a clue than that

Read the books. The pevensie children are not in every book.

It makes perfect sense. They're going in the ORIGINAL order of the books, not the new order that puts them chronologically. Plus, H&HB (while one of my favorite books) doesn't have much impact on the rest of the overall story. If they had to chose one or more to leave out of the series, H&HB is easily the first pick. In fact, it's the only one that they could leave out without impacting any of the others.

As for the teaser poster... eh. Could be fanmade, could be real, who knows? Something like that would be easy to whip up in a PhotoShop, but it's also conceivable that the higher-ups involved in promotion don't want to reveal too much too soon. We've got a long wait until this movie comes out.
